#AreYou ready to start your journey to becoming a Facilitator or Tutor?
#AreYou is a project within Ready2Shine CIC. This is our Train the Trainer programme which will not only enable you to run #AreYou sessions for the people you support but can also allow you to teach within your organisation, to other staff members, how to have effective conversations and provide support to those who may have difficulty staying safer with regards to relationships and sexual behaviours.
#AreYou creation was funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and without their support we would not be able to offer this programme out to you.
No relationship is safe but when you have not been equipped with effective social opportunities or education to teach you then this can leave someone in a very vulnerable position. Giving someone freedom to make safer choices is invaluable for their personal growth and allows them to achieve increased self esteem which can then impact their holistic well-being. Where opportunities have been missed, we have an obligation to do our utmost to fulfill these in the best way we can.
